If you find it difficult to remember a PIN, a chip-and-sign card allows you to use your signature when using your credit card.

Audio cash machines
Barclays award-winning talking cash machines can help you safely and independently withdraw cash and use other services. They're also useful if you have dyslexia or learning difficulties.
Just insert your own headphones into the audio output socket on the front of the cash machine and an audio guide will then talk you through the available options.
The cash machine panel also includes raised numbers on the keys and a funnelled entry point for your card.
