What if it happens to me?

If you spot any unusual activity on your account, simply call us on 0844 811 9141*. We'll also keep a look out and contact you immediately if we see anything suspicious.

If you have been a victim of credit card fraud, you won't be liable for ANY fraudulent use of your card that takes place without you or any additional cardholder's knowledge. All we ask is that you make every reasonable effort to keep your card, account and PIN safe.
