Can I change the time of my banking window?

You can, but due to Maestro regulations, it's not possible to set a Banking window between 21:00 and midnight. If you change the banking window to after midnight, payments to your bank account will be delayed by one day. If you want to change your banking window, call us on 0800 161 5343* and select option 2. Please have your business bank account details to hand, as we'll need to complete a security check to make the change to your account.
