Can I log a complaint to the Financial Ombudsmen Service (FOS)?

The FOS will only review complaints made by personal customers or all businesses with an annual turnover of less than £6.5 million (or its equivalent in any other currency) and either:

a balance sheet total of less than £5 million (or its equivalent in any other currency), or

fewer than 50 employees.
