Missed a payment?

We're here to help

Missing a payment can happen to anyone, but we’re here to help you get back on track. Here you can find out how to make payments and set up account alerts, or what to do if you’re having trouble keeping up with your monthly payments.

  • I have a Barclaycard

    Set up a Direct Debit

    You can avoid missing a payment by setting up a Direct Debit. Your payment will be made automatically every month from your bank account, as long as you have enough money in the account to cover it. 

    You can set up a Direct Debit using our app. Select ‘Make a payment’ from the main menu and follow the instructions.

    Don’t have our app yet? Find out how to get it. You need to be 18 or over to access this product or service using the app. T&Cs apply.

    You can also set up a Direct Debit in online servicing by going to the ‘Pay your bill’ tab.

    Make a one-off payment

    You can make a payment in our app or online servicing at any time. In the app, select your card from the home page and then ‘Make a payment’. In online servicing, go to the ‘Pay your bill’ tab.

    Set up alerts

    We can send you a reminder when your monthly payment is due to help you avoid missing one. Alerts and free and there’s a range of other useful alerts you can sign up for. Log in and go to ‘Your details’ in the main menu, then select ‘Alerts & notifications’.

  • I have an Amazon Barclaycard

    Set up a Direct Debit

    It's not possible to make payments to your Amazon Barclaycard using online servicing. You can make a one-off payment in our app at any time. Select your card from the home page and then ‘Make a payment’.
