Register for Barclaycard online account services

Your credit limit will be on your latest statement or on the letter that came with your card. If you can’t find your credit limit, you can call us on 0333 200 9090 call charge information . You'll need to have your 16 digit card number to hand and provide your date of birth for verification. You'll be given your balance and available credit which together combine to form your credit limit.

Your username must be between eight and 16 characters long and contain letters and numbers but no spaces. If you choose a username that already exists, we'll ask you to create another. For security reasons, please don't duplicate the log in details that you use for other financial services websites.

Your passcode must consist of six numbers. It can't be your date of birth or contain letters, spaces or symbols (for example, 123456, 987654 or 222333). For security reasons, please don't duplicate the log in details that you use for other financial services websites.

You can choose any word as long as it has between six and eight letters. It can't be your surname or any keyboard sequence (abcdef, qwerty) and you mustn't use two or more of the same letters in a row (shooot). To help you remember your word, you'll also be asked to enter a reminder.  This should be a prompt – please don't use your memorable word as the reminder.

Each time you log in, you'll be asked to enter your username, your passcode and characters from your memorable word. Once you're logged in, you can change your security details at any time by going to the 'Your details' page and selecting 'Secure login details'.

If you’ve forgotten your passcode, but know your memorable word go to https://bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/ecom/as2/forgottenPasscodeVerify.do to reset it.

If you know your passcode, but have forgotten your memorable word click https://bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/ecom/as2/forgottenMemorableVerify.do to reset it.

Forgotten all your details? It’s easily done. If you don’t know your passcode and memorable word click https://bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/ecom/as2/forgottenPasscodeVerify.do enter your card details and select ‘forgotten memorable word’ on the next page.

If your mobile number’s registered with us, we’ll try and reset your details using this, by sending a temporary verification code to your phone.

If we can’t reset your details using your mobile number, we’ll tell you how to get in touch and get it sorted for you over the phone. Once you can log in, go to ‘Your details and update your mobile number, so if you forget your details in future, it’ll be easier to reset them. We’ll also use your mobile number to get in touch if we spot any unusual activity on your account.
