    These services are only available for Visa cards, but not for the Amazon Barclaycard.

  • I have an Amazon Barclaycard

    If you lose your Amazon Barclaycard while aboard, you can temporarily freeze it our app. Then you'll need to send us a message from the 'Help section of our app, or contact us another way. You can also access your new card details in the app instantly to make payments. Your digital wallet, such as Google Pay, will also be updated automatically so you can keep making contactless payments.
