What happens if I lose my credit card?
If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.

Use the Barclaycard app*
From the home page, open ‘Cards’ and then select the card you’re concerned about. Then select the option to report a lost, stolen or damaged card and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, send us a message from the ‘Help’ section in our app.
