You can ask us to send you Braille, large print and audio communications. We can send most things, from account statements and brochures, to your PIN and passcode. Just tell us the format you need by calling us on:

If you have the Amazon Barclaycard, you can also manage some parts of your account in Barclays Online Banking on your laptop or desktop PC. Online Banking lets you view statements and transactions, make a payment by debit card, view and redeem Amazon Rewards and report your card damaged, lost or stolen. You can do all of this and more in our app.

Audio cash machines
Barclays award-winning talking cash machines can help you safely and independently withdraw cash and use other services. Just insert your own headphones into the audio output socket on the front of the cash machine and an audio guide will then talk you through the available options.
The cash machine panel also includes Braille labels, as well as raised numbers on the keys and a funnelled entry point for your card.
