I’ve paid my Amazon Barclaycard bill but it’s not showing on my statement – what should I do?

Different types of payment can take longer to process, but if you've made your payment on time and it’s still not showing, you should contact your bank or building society.

Debit card payments

You'll need to make your payment before 11pm on the day your payment is due

Direct Debit

Payment will be taken automatically in time for your payment due date

Payment from a non-Barclays account

These can take up to three working days to reach us
