How do I order a replacement Barclaycard for a damaged card?
Whether you’ve broken your card by accident or the chip’s worn away, you can order a new one.

Use the app
From the home page, open ‘Your cards’ and select the card you’re concerned about. Then choose the option for reporting lost, stolen or damaged cards and follow the instructions.
Online servicing
Log into Barclaycard online servicing, select ‘Account services’ from the menu tab, and choose ‘Order a replacement card’.
