Why hasn’t my cashback been redeemed from Barclaycard Cashback Rewards to my credit card?

It can take up to five working days for your cashback to be redeemed to your credit card.

If you still haven’t got your cashback after this time, log in to the Barclaycard Cashback Rewards website, then go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Report a missing redemption’.
