Get in touch faster with the Barclaycard app

Send us a message from the ‘Help’ section of our app . You don’t have to wait for us. If you have notifications switched on, we’ll send you one when we reply, or just log in when you’re ready.

You can also call us directly in the app. We’ll check a few things the first time you call then after that you’ll get straight through. It’s a secure way to talk to us without always having to answer security questions.

You need to be 18 or over to access these services using the app. Some accounts don’t have the option to call us directly. T&Cs apply.

You can send us a message from your iPhone or iPad using Apple messages – whether you have a Barclaycard already or are thinking about getting one.

Apple messages isn’t available if you have an Amazon Barclaycard.

If you’re hard of hearing or speech-impaired, you can use Next Generation Text or Text Relay by calling:

We can send most things, like your statements, letters and PIN reminders in the format you need. Call the number for the type of card you have.

Barclaycard online servicing is not available with the Amazon Barclaycard.
