I've forgotten my PIN (Personal Identification Number), how can I find out what it is?

You can view your PIN in our app:

1. Select ‘Your cards’ from the home page, and then 'View card details & PIN' or 'View PIN'
2. Make sure no one's looking at your screen
3. Enter the 5-digit code you use to access the app
4. Select 'View card PIN'.

Alternatively, you can view your PIN in Barclaycard online servicing, unless you have the Amazon Barclaycard. Select 'View your PIN securely', which you'll find under 'Accounts services' in the menu.

You can change your PIN at a Barclays cash machine, or at a cash machine of most other banks in the UK.

If you're concerned about fraud on your account, please check your statements carefully for any fraudulent activity on your card, and report any suspicious activity as soon as possible on 01604 230 230 (+44 (0)1604 230 230, if calling from abroad). If you think someone you don't know has seen your PIN, please change it as soon as possible.
