We use high levels of encryption to protect your details at all times.
This includes when you connect to the Barclaycard app, and when sensitive data is transferred within a session. Your information is also encrypted, as it's sent over the internet to your handset, meaning that third party monitoring traffic can’t read it.
There are also a number of things you can do to help keep your card details safe when using the app:
- Be aware of your surroundings if you're accessing them in a public place.
- Call us immediately on 0800 318 665 (+44 01452 828 309 from abroad) if you think your card details have been compromised. Call charges may apply.
