Once we’ve processed your balance transfer request, your bank or card issuer should receive payment by the end of the next working day.
It might take us longer to process your request if we receive it after 7pm on a weekday, any time at the weekend or on a bank holiday.
We might have to make some extra checks to make sure that it genuinely came from you. If we do, we'll do our best to process the transfer as quickly as we can.
