How can I change my statement date or payment due date?

You can change your statement due date or payment due date in our app.
- Open the app and select your Amazon Barclaycard on the home page
- Select ‘Manage’
- Then, select ‘Payment due date’.
- There are restrictions on how many times you can change your payment due date on your Amazon Barclaycard. This is to make sure you don’t miss any opportunities to make payments. You can’t change it:
- if you have already changed it twice in our app in the last 12 months, or
- if you have already changed it four times in the last 12 months, or
- if you have already changed it during either your current or your last statement period

In the Barclaycard app – log in, go to the help page and tap ‘Send us a message’ under ‘Contact us’.
In Barclaycard online servicing – log in and you’ll find it under ‘Help’.

Keep in mind that there's a limit to the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can't change it if you’ve:
- Already changed it twice in the last 12 months
- Already changed it during the current or last statement period.
