What happens if I don't receive my PIN for my new Barclaycard?

If you’ve viewed your new PIN for your Amazon Barclaycard in the app within 24 hours, we won't send your PIN in the post.

You can continue to view your PIN in the app by selecting ‘Cards’, then the card you want to check the PIN for. Then select ‘View card details & PIN’
 

We'll send your PIN a few days after you receive your Barclaycard. If you don't receive it, you can view it by logging in to Barclaycard online servicing, and selecting 'View your PIN securely', which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.

You can change your PIN at a Barclays cash machine, or at a cash machine of most other banks in the UK.
