You can amend your existing Direct Debit instructions, and also change your bank details, within Barclaycard online servicing. Simply follow the instructions in the Direct Debit section.

Please note, if you make any changes to the amount we collect within seven working days of your payment date, these changes may not take effect until your next payment is due.

Also, any changes you make to your bank details within 12 working days of your next payment date may not take effect until your next payment is due.

You can amend your Direct Debit details in our app. To change your regular payment, you can choose from three payment options:

• The full balance
• A fixed amount, which is at least your minimum payment
• The minimum payment.
